4.3 AI Feature Abuse

Important: Abuse of our AI generation features is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

Excessive or automated requests designed to overload our systems
Using AI features to generate spam, harmful, or policy-violating content
Attempting to manipulate or exploit AI recommendations
Using the Service in ways that violate third-party AI providers' terms of service

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that abuse AI features without prior notice.

5. Third-Party Advertising Platforms

5.1 Platform Compliance

When using our Service, you must comply with all terms, policies, and guidelines of the advertising platforms you connect (such as Google Ads). We are not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms.

5.2 Ad Rejection and Platform Issues

Important Notice: If advertising platforms frequently reject ads created or modified through our Service for your account, we reserve the right to:

Suspend AI-generated content features for your account
Require manual review before executing recommendations
Terminate your access to the Service entirely

This includes situations where your account or ads are repeatedly flagged for policy violations, quality issues, or other platform-specific concerns.

6. Service Suspension and Termination

6.1 Suspension or Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

You breach any provision of these Terms
We detect abuse of AI generation features
Your use of the Service results in frequent ad rejections or platform violations
We receive complaints about your advertisements from third parties
Your account poses a security risk to our Service or other users
We are required to do so by law or legal process
You fail to pay any applicable fees when due

6.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Any outstanding fees remain due and payable
All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Subscription Fees

7.2 Fee Changes

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
AI recommendations will improve campaign performance
All recommendations will comply with advertising platform policies
The Service will meet your specific requirements

9.2 No Guarantee of Results

Important: We do not guarantee any specific results from using our Service, including but not limited to improved ad performance, increased conversions, or reduced advertising costs. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adevo.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adevo.ai, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of any third-party rights or advertising platform policies
Any content you create, submit, or approve through the Service
